Cristiano Jarbas had recently helped me and my wife find our first that we were so dreamed of, a dream that he made become reality. He’s a very dedicated gentleman that gave us all the attention when we needed the most, he has a very vast knowledge to the housing market, made sure that we did not make any decisions that we would later regret, was very patience on clarifying all of our doubts ( and we did have lots of it ) and was very very professional to the point where he found the perfect house for us and made the process really smooth up to the closing day.
And even after the fact he’s still helping us with questions of a new home owner. Thanks Cristiano Jarbas for helping us accomplish our dream of buying our first home. And I’m sure a friendship has been born.

My parents had a FANTASTIC experience working with Cristiano Jarbas. They were first time home buyers and it can be a bit not only overwhelming , but also an emotional rollercoaster with the lack of houses available on the market. Cristiano made it easier for them by taking the time to explain all the steps and answering all of their questions. In addition, Cristiano is a VERY knowledgeable . There were times that if weren't for him we would've made the wrong purchase. We saw a house that seemed great at first, until he pointed out that it was located on a busy road and that the wall in the living room was not big enough to hang a TV. The reason we didn't notice these details at first was because the house was BEAUTIFULLY STAGED! He is always available when I have any questions and very prompt to reply texts or emails. He genuinely cares for his clients. He worked tireless for months with our family. You wont regret having him as your realtor. My parents finally found their dream home !!
