Cristie’s professional background is a combination of 8 years mortgage experience, 13 Years Real Estate experience and 5 years as a licensed real estate broker. She’d say this makes her a very well rounded and experienced Real Estate Agent & Broker! She consistently ranks in the top 5% in the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and has earned several Top Team awards. She also earned her GRI designation in Real Estate in 2011. Cristie has two awesome children, and her husband and she have recently become empty nesters as both of our children are off to college. She grew up in the Fort Caroline area of Jacksonville and has lived in many different areas of town including, Jacksonville Beaches, San Marco, St. Johns and now she makes her home in Ponte Vedra Beach. St. Johns was a wonderful area to raise her children where they have some of the top-rated schools in Florida. Their home and office are in Ponte Vedra Beach. Growing up in Jacksonville brings experience and knowledge of the areas! Her husband, Mark Karsten, is also in Real Estate and is a valuable part of the team! They love helping people buy homes and sellers sell!
