Cristina is a real estate executive with over twenty years of mixed-use, retail commercial and luxury real estate development experience. She was trained in contemporary architecture and design at the highly competitive University of Miami, Perez School of Architecture. In her career as an architect, Cristina worked for renowned international master planning, architecture, and interior design firm, Zyscovich as a project manager in construction administration for several commercial and mixed-used sites such as Temple Beth Sholom and one of the largest live-work SOHO style development projects in South Florida, Midtown Miami. Harnessing her experience from design and architecture, Cristina worked for Turner Construction, an international construction company with over 46 offices across the globe. As lead project engineer for the Special Project Division, Cristina specialized in construction management, general contracting, estimating, construction procurement, insurance, and risk management. Upon her return to her native Puerto Rico, Cristina launched a boutique construction company, Sky Builders, servicing residential, commercial, and state government projects improving the public transportation train system with a people-first retail convenience store and commercial spaces for renown shopping malls in the island, among others. As a top female real estate executive in Puerto Rico with solid real estate development experience, Cristina has a holistic and deep understanding for her distinguished commercial and residential clients’ needs.
