Married to a cowboy and living on a horse ranch herself, she brings hands-on experience with arenas, fencing, pastures, horse facilities, and the details that truly matter when buying or selling an equestrian property.
With nearly 20 years’ experience selling ranches, acreage, and equestrian properties, large and small. Cris understands the unique considerations that come with these properties such as zoning, wells, septic systems, land use, and animal designations. She primarily serves Ramona, San Diego Country Estates, Santa Ysabel, and Julian—areas known for their open space, riding trails, and country lifestyle.
With a background in team penning and ranch sorting, Cris understands what riders and horse owners are genuinely looking for in a property. She understands the importance of footing in arenas, fencing, barns, water sources etc. She and her husband attend the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas each year, keeping her closely connected to the community and lifestyle her client’s value.

A native San Diegan, Cris has enjoyed watching the area grow over the years. She grew up in La Jolla, and about 35 years ago, she moved to the back country of Ramona/Santa Ysabel.
She is also a certified member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist.
