Cristina Veeder

A Darien native, Cristie attended Lynchburg College as a Communications major. Upon graduating, she followed her passion to travel, and accepted her first job at Travel and Leisure Magazine planning special events, meetings and executed an array of marketing programs high end advertisers.

Christie work allowed her to travel extensively throughout the Continental US and explore places such as France, Italy, Hawaii, Barbados, and Bermuda to name a few.
Cristie’s love planning the ultimate party continued as she went on to work Festival Marketing where she planned and executed the American Express Platinum cardholder events, giving cardholders access to some of the most exclusive lifestyle experiences, epicurean delights, and front row seats to some of the hottest sporting events and Broadway shows, as well as the opportunity to meet and greet renowned entertainment and sports personalities.

Cristie spent the last of her event planning years at JP Morgan Asset Management before she decided to make her move into real estate and never looked back. Cristie still calls Darien home. She has three children with her husband Gerrit and feels fortunate to raise their family in such a wonderful community. As a benefit of having grown up in town, Cristie brings her clients a wealth of knowledge about the local area and insight to all that Darien to offer - including its wonderful neighborhoods, parks, and beaches. She is involved with OPUS Person to Person and Middlesex Swim Club and is a volunteer at Holmes Elementary School.
