Business Philosophy

My philosophy is honesty, integrity and compassion much of how I live my life...

Having been in the business since 1985 you can imagine the changes I've seen. Most are good changes, for example, the internet, since nearly 90 % of all buyers start their search for a new home on the net... it immediately eliminates properties that are not of interest, saving me and my customers a great deal of time.

Pictures, are worth a thousand words so they say, I used to take my own photographs, however with so much traffic on the internet, it is most important in my professional opinion that a professional photograph is used to take interior and exterior pictures.

Community Involvement
I have delivered Meals on Wheels since 1992. Also, as a Student Volunteer in the Bridgeport School System reading to a elementary school, Hallen since 1992.
A member of the Fairfield Historical Society and the Westport Historical Society as well as the Greenfield Hill Improvement Society.


Personal Background
Being from Northern Indiana I know what it is like to make a move to a new area... Living in Connecticut for over 40 years has been a delight and adventure. There is nothing like New England in the fall, and that is certainly true in Connecticut. I've heard it said if you don't like the weather, hang around it will surely change and it does. Spring when the world come to life again, Winter "snow" but who doesn't like a good snow storm once in a while? Summer, who doesn't like to be at the beach.
