This was my first home purchase and without Crystal showing nothing but patience, understanding, and guidance, I don't know how I would have gotten through it. She is extremely knowledgeable and never lets you forget she is there for you, not only as a realtor but also an advocate in case things get a little sticky with "the other side." Crystal Allen-Bozic is definitely a blessing from God. Her professionalism, work ethic, spirit, personality, and passion is nothing short of Amazing. She worked with me and My Best Friend in helping him find his dream home in less than 60 days. Even though she has plenty clients on a day to day basis she made us feel as if we were the only ones. Every phone call was returned, every text message answered. It didn’t matter what time of day or night, Crystal was on it and she never once complained. What was even more amazing was that she had just had a beautiful baby and she was working with us while she was in labor!!! Not one time did we feel stressed out or overwhelmed and if we couldn’t find a solution, Crystal already had one. She made sure we understood EVERYTHING and I mean everything from sending links to websites, to explaining terms, to giving examples and it helped even more that I have known her since high school so it made it that much more personable. She helped us buy our home in 2018 and guided us every step of the way, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood everything we were signing. As first time homebuyers, it was the biggest relief to have Crystal on our side! And when you hire her, she is just that: on YOUR side! Once the dust had settled and we were in our new home, about a year later, when interest rates had dropped an entire percent, Crystal was there again to help us refinance and save, save, save- just as she had during the initial buy!
