Crystal Ansay is the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year – Fresno Association of REALTORS®. A second-generation real estate professional with 18 years of experience serving the Central Valley. Born and raised in the Fresno/Clovis area, Crystal is deeply rooted in the community she serves and continues a family legacy in real estate built on integrity, service, and results.
Crystal is the Broker/Owner of Diamond Realtors® , which she proudly co-owns with her sister and business partner, Darla Togo. Together, they lead a boutique brokerage known for high-level service, strategic negotiation, and a client-first approach. As dedicated, independent, and motivated women, they are committed to helping clients buy and sell their homes while achieving the most money in their pocket, in the shortest time frame, with the least inconvenience possible.
In addition to her brokerage leadership, Crystal is a founding member of AREAA Greater Central Valley and has served on its Board of Directors for the past 14 years, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to advocacy, education, and industry excellence. Her dedication to service extends beyond real estate, Crystal has devoted her life to giving back to the community that has given her so much and currently serves on the boards of four local nonprofit organizations.
Crystal is a proud product of Clovis Unified School District and earned her Bachelor’s Degree, Teaching Credential, and Master’s Degree in Education from California State University, Fresno, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her background in education shapes her thoughtful, informed, and empowering approach with clients and colleagues alike.
Real estate isn’t just Crystal’s career it’s in her blood and her passion. When she’s not working, she’s a wife to her college sweetheart and a proud mom to two incredible children: a 11-year-old theatrical daughter and a sporty 7-year-old son.
