About Crystal

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and I have been in Montgomery County area for over nine years now. I am a Property Management Guru and have been in the business for over eight years. I am married with two children and understand the need for wanting to have a home for your children to grow up in. Buying your first home is very important and finding a great community and school system is very important.

After several years, we started to outgrow our first home and was suddenly in the market for more space. We were in a tough position in which, we could not sell our first home so we became landlords in 2011. Through trial and error in combination with my property management skills, we are successful and earning a profit.

We then purchased a second but temporary home that allowed us to save money for several years so that we could save and then get exactly what we wanted. We then sold that home and made a great profit that allowed us to purchase our third and current home. We are slowly becoming empty nesters and will soon be looking to downsize.

In saying all that, I can offer you experience with buying, selling, renting or becoming a landlord. Our team is also knowledgeable with regards to choosing investment properties. We are here to help you find your forever home or home for now.
