Crystal and Scott were super fast to meet us all over town when we found properties we were interested in. (And I sent her on wild goose chases the first few weeks haha!) Her listing notification parameters were very helpful in a hectic market where everything we liked seemed to be under contract the same day it went on the market. Despite me frantically searching for places on my own as well, it was through her upcoming properties notification system is where we found the house we just closed on! She gave great advice through the process and helped us understand what we were paying for, what we shouldn’t be paying for, what the laws are. She connected us with a lender and an attorney that were priced fairly and SUPER helpful even after doing my own research to make sure I was in good hands. Because of all this, I legitimately feel like we glided through what most people feel to be a stressful process. Closing took like 15 minutes, there were no issues, crystal prepared everything up front and walked us through what to expect the night before, and it went so smoothly from start to finish. She was respectful and kind when we backed out of our first offer when the sellers countered our offer, and immediately jumped right back into helping us find another place. Won’t be moving again for a while but when we do, I’ll definitely hunt her down to be the one to represent and help us again! Thanks!!!!!
