Hey, my name is Crystal and I’m from the small town of Newberry, SC. I relocated to the Columbia area in 2008 and I purchased my first home. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions for my realtor.  It was that home buying transaction that sparked my interest in real estate.  I closed on my first home with so many unanswered questions and I felt like I didn’t have the right person in my corner. I never want anyone to experience what I had to endure with my home buying process so when it was time to purchase my second home, I looked into becoming a licensed agent. I have been working as a full time Realtor since 2016 and I understand buying and selling a home is one of life's most important decisions requiring a partnership between the client and the agent.  The process is very rewarding with an agent who is knowledgeable, responsive and has excellent communication with their client. My goal as your Realtor is to help you make an intelligent decision in the purchase or sell of a home. I will not sell you anything I will merely take the journey with you and try to give some helpful advice in the process.  Allow me to deal with some of the confusion and take some of the headache out of the process of your real estate transaction.  Im here for you.
