Crystal is EXCEPTIONAL. She truly was my HOMEgirl throughout the process. She was super knowledgeable in explaining the process of home ownership to a young adult like me. I was toying with the idea of buying a home for years, but all the realtors that I worked made me feel like this was not an attainable goal. With Crystal, not only was the goal attainable, but I closed on a house within 1 month of working with her. She was able to give me advice on how to best fix my credit which only took 1 month with discipline. She gave me the confidence and autonomy to shop around for lenders and gave me the most helpful information so that I felt confident in my choices. When it came down to signing an insane amount of paperwork, there wasn't a bullet point she didn't explain nor a question she didn't answer and I had a million! I truly felt like I had an advocate along the way. Even after closing, Crystal continues to check in on my progress with home ownership. Here's the best part: Crystal was able to pull so many resources for my specific situation that I was able to come to the closing table with NO MONEY DOWN. I totally recommend Crystal to help you in your journey no matter your level of understanding in the process.
