Crystal and Brenton were so great to work with! We moved from out of the area, and they showed us more houses than we could count, trying to find the one that was right for us. They were so patient and never got frustrated with us and really got to know what we were looking for. They were always willing to show us more houses that would fit our needs and wants. We didn’t want to rush into purchasing the wrong house and we were running out of time to find housing due to a job relocation, so we ended up renting while getting to know the area more. Crystal continued to send us monthly market updates, for when we were ready. Frustrated with how much houses were selling for over listing price, we decided to get on a few wait lists to build a new home. To our surprise, we were able secure a new build home. Crystal tirelessly reviewed our lengthy build contract in a tight timeline and pointed out areas needing closer review. We had a few bumps in the building process, and Crystal quickly stepped in to advocate for us and communicate our concerns with the builder and sales office. Crystal arranged for a home inspection and she and Brenton accompanied us in our final walkthrough. The Joslin team were there for us every step of the way. We are thrilled to be in our new home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Crystal is an amazing real estate agent. My wife and I were looking for just the right fit for a house. Crystal intently listened to us and sent us only listings that were a good fit. We are pretty picky, but she constantly honed in on what things were most important to us. Her and her husband met us at several homes and we found our home fairly quickly. She also went over and beyond recommending a painter that did an awesome job in the new house. Crystals flexibility with her schedule and willingness to spend time looking for the features that we wanted and weed out the stuff we did not want made the process efficient and personal. In a world that is losing its customer service skills, Crystal stands out as a hold out to the good old days when people treated others like family. I can honestly say that I am not the easiest person to please, but Crystal exceeded my every expectation.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience working with the Joslin Team! Crystal and Brenton worked with us every step of the way in selling, really listening to our needs, and making the entire process a happy and rewarding experience.

From the beginning Crystal and Brenton were responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to make what could be a daunting and scary decision an enjoyable and exciting experience. When selling our condo in Rancho Bernardo, they were able to educate us on the current market, set realistic goals and expectations, and guide us every step of the way towards getting the most value out of the transaction. While highly professional and efficient they were always warm, friendly, happy to answer questions, and change directions if needed to meet our needs and concerns.

The Joslin Team continued to extend that level of service in helping find and purchase our new home in Vista. From referring an experienced and helpful finance and loan agent, to taking us out to view homes available on the market, they were seemingly always there and available. Even after we found and purchased our new home, Crystal and Brenton have been an invaluable resource in getting moved in, and making the changes we wanted to have our dream home. So much so, that not only are they the only realtor team we would recommend to our family and friends, they are people we are happy to consider friends!!

They helped with estate sale, repairs, inspections and all the details to get the property sold for over asking with multiple bids. We aren't local and were worried about the task at hand to manage the sale of a house. Crystal got things done. Crystal and Brenton are kind, patient, professional, hard working, caring and detail oriented! My partner and I are very particular, so we wanted a very specific type of home with a specific floorplan. As such, our dream home was not easy to find, especially with the current state of the real estate market, the pandemic, and uncertainty of the economy. But with Crystal and Brenton's help, we successfully navigated through all of that, and more!

Our home is a new build, so that came with its own challenges, complexities, and of course, rewards. They were incredibly helpful in being with us every step of the process, especially in dealing with the builder. We are so thankful for them because they fully looked-out for us and our interests!

The lender that Crystal recommended was also an excellent fit for us! We got a professional experience coupled with care and efficiency from the entire lending team. In addition, their lead team member often made us laugh! That was so helpful because home-buying is not like going to the spa! Lol!

Having lived in Los Angeles almost my entire life, my client/customer experience with Crystal and Brenton is something you would see in Beverly Hills, Malibu or Studio City, but of course with their expert knowledge and long experience working in San Diego County, particularly North County.

What also makes them special is Brenton's eye for structural detail. He used that to point out pertinent features of every home we toured. That was so helpful! Moreover, Brenton happens to be a professional floor installer. We used his services to select and install beautiful hardwood flooring and carpet in our new home.

We got lucky that Brenton was part of our team because we could not find the right style of flooring from the builder. Having Brenton meant saving us time from having to interview and research floor installers in our area. It also saved us time from having to visit the builder's design center, again. At that point in our process, saving time was so important because we were nearing our busy work season, and therefore would not have much time for more house-related decisions.

Lastly, what I like about Crystal and Brenton is their positive attitude, openness to our ideas, and eye towards our goal. Also, we got special treats and gifts to celebrate each important milestone in the home buying process! Thank you Crystal and Brenton!

Crystal and Brenton were absolutely wonderful. We sold our parents condo and it was a very emotional time for me and my sisters. They were compassionate with our feelings and very helpful through the whole process. They kept us updated with new listings, wak throughs with other realtors, who was interested and daily updates on anything that needed to be signed or updated. This was the best experience we have ever had and I would highly recommend them.

My wife Lisa and I were both very pleased with the level of service that Crystal and her husband Brenton provided us in selling our home. They gave us great suggestions on staging our home to get it ready for sale. They put in a lot of time and effort and held an open house nearly every weekend until our house sold. Crystal got back to us very quickly after we contacted her by phone or email and answered the many questions that we had along the way. She helped us get a price that was very close to what we were asking. Crystal and Brenton were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that is selling their home.

Crystal Joslin is by far the best and the hardest working agent we ever used. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchasing our new house. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Crystal was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were blessed to have her as our agent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs buying or selling house.
