This suburb boasts a mix of newer Mediterranean style homes ranging in size from three to six-bedrooms as well as luxury-style apartments and condos often with typical HOA such as pools and clubhouses for residents. Wysocki notes the market remains competitive. “Properties that are priced appropriately right now will see multiple offers still.” On average properties stay on the market for around 15 days on average. The neighborhood also sits just outside of Murrieta city limits, and an unincorporated community under the administration of Riverside County, with property taxes coming in a bit lower as a result.
