Crystal deff fulfilled our needs of being in a house and quick at that. She was very responsive and on top of things the entire time! She let us know about everything going on in the process. If something wasn’t right she made she it was corrected and fixed. Very informative and professional. She has a lovely personality and character and is super great to be around and talk with! Crystal is an amazing realtor! She took the time to get to know us and understood we were not in a hurry to buy a home. She found us a gorgeous home with all the specifications we wanted, even when we seemed defeated and wanted to give up in this competitive market. Once we had a contract on the home of our dreams she guided us through the whole process and was right there at the closing table with us.
Crystal also sold our home for well above asking price. She was with us in every step of the selling process and communicated any information she received within minutes of receiving it. There were a few hiccups along the way with the buyer but she help us to navigate those rough patches. She checked on our home while it was empty and waiting for closing to make sure it stayed clean and secure. We couldn't be more thankful for her knowledge, patience, and professionalism.
