She was able to help me after business hours and even on the weekends after business hours as well. She is prompt with emailing and calling you back when you're becoming stressed. My husband and I relocated and recently purchased a home (during the midst of the pandemic). We are not new to home buying process. As this was our third purchase over the years.

Crystal, was our realtor. I can remember the very first day we met with her, my husband and I asked “where has she been”. She was the epitome of professionalism.
