Cullen is heading into his 18th year as a full-time real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Bain and the twelth consecutive year that he had won the Five Star Award from Seattle Magazine for Best In Client Satisfaction. As a small business owner, nothing was more important to him than a satisfied client. Prior to real estate, Cullen worked in remodel construction, web development & retail sales. These skills had proved invaluable in helping his clients sell or purchase a home.
