Cullen is a fantastic person and agent! If you need an agent to purchase/sell a home in NKY/Cincy look no further! Buying or selling a home can be stressful and a lot of agents do not fully advocate for their clients and would just rather close a deal, but not Cullen! He will look out for you like family over making a dollar! He has a lot of resources and connections locally to assist with any services you need for your real estate transaction. Cullen is fun to be around and is a family man with high morals: qualities which are the most important parts of having a good real estate experience.

Cullen was my agent for my recent home sale in Northern Kentucky. He listed it at the right price so I could maximize my value and it was sold in under 30 days! He is very knowledgeable about the area and everything you could imagine about homes and the process of buying or selling. He responds very quickly to calls or texts, even when he is busy. I dragged Cullen all over Northern KY and the greater Cincinnati area! For months, we searched for the perfect home. COVID hit and we were getting desperate! There were travel restrictions and our relocation from NJ was looking pretty gloomy. Cullen worked diligently to help us continue the search- always remaining funny, pleasant, and confident. We finally found the perfect home with wonderful neighbors!!! Cullen made the process seamless!!! Everything from the inspection to the move-in was outstanding! Cullen assisted us with selling and purchasing our home(s) in 2019. He was professional and answered our questions along the way, day and night.

He stayed in contact with us for over a year as we decided in 2018 not to sell, and wanted to wait until 2019 to list. Rather than walk away when we told him we wanted to wait to sell, he stayed in contact and continued to send us listings.

We were able to sell above asking price and our home was pending a few days after hitting the market.
