My name is Curt Stinson! I am the Licensed Partner for Engel and Völkers Tucson. As the Designated Broker, I am also responsible for every Advisor in our shops. I take this responsibility very seriously, and as such, I hold my Advisors to the highest standards and practices possible. I ensure every Advisor is professionally trained, and is focused on the needs of our Clients.
With over 25 years of experience in the Greater Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and Vail area.. I have sold well over a thousand homes. As a team leader within Engel and Völkers Tucson, my team has consistently sold over 100 homes per year for nearly 20 years in a row.
Prior to joining Engel and Völkers, I was a licensed broker, and part owner at Realty Executives Tucson Elite. Before then, I had my experience at Long Realty locally here in town. With over 20 years in the business, I am a firm believer that the company you keep speaks volumes about the experiences you will have.
It was an enormous decision to part ways with a company that I helped found, but after so many years, I found that my clientele needed extra exposure that only a firm with global impact could reach. My clients were expecting more exposure, more tools, and most of all, more care.
I have a personal desire to see our Advisors succeed. As a young struggling agent, I remember hard days learning the real estate business. It was difficult, and thankfully, I persevered, and made a commitment to help those who chose this profession when I could. As a Broker, I also understand that my Advisors are happiest, and most fulfilled when they have a clear purpose, and a desire to succeed. Their success, which comes from happy Clients, is contagious. It fills our shop, and everyone is happy.
As a Designated Broker, a Broker, a Team Leader, a Husband, and Father; I recognize that all of the success I have achieved has been because of the help and friendship of my Clients, my Team members, my wife of over 25 years, and beautiful children. One of my proudest achievements is having been awarded the "Best Real Estate Team" for 2018 by the readers of The Arizona Daily Star. This is an independent award, and as such, I was exceptionally proud to be thought of by those in our city.
I am a proud Arizona Wildcat, graduating from the University of Arizona prior to going into real estate, and I love to travel across the world. My most recent trip was to Nepal, where I went hiking to the Basecamp of Mount Everest to raise money for a charity for a local child.
I love helping people solve complex problems, and that is why I love real estate!
