My wife and I had a great experience as first time home buyers working along side Curt and Rachel. We were pretty clueless when we first started looking and it took a while for us to really get a sense of what we were looking to buy. Curt was patient, drove all over Virginia, and hiked through acres of woods with us to help us find our dream home. Curt really shined during the closing process in which he did a lot of the leg work to help us meet our ambitious schedule. Rachel was great at breaking down all of the paperwork into plain English so we could be confident in what we were signing. They really took a lot of stress out of the home buying process and we recommend them with a high level of confidence. We are fans of the Stuart Team!

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Our realtor Curt was the best. We were very nervous going into buying our first house, he was very patient with us, and answered all our questions quickly and professionally. His knowledge of the area was impressive and he was able to refer us to other service professionals in the area to help with inspections and other contractors. We Closed on the house within a month with no problems. We couldn’t recommend him enough!
