My background is very different from most agents. I have been in the Marin - Bay Area Real Estate Industry since 80’s - Starting as an Architectural Drafter, 30+ yr. Real Estate Appraiser, Builder/Remodeler of Residential Homes mostly in Southern Marin County, Managing Residential and Commercial Properties. I was the Founder of REAA (Appraisers Association - not for profit school) and past President/director/etc. of many different Associations including many HOA's, Commercial Neighborhood Associations, and even on a mayor's advisory board. I have presented property issues before city planning commissions over the years, presented in court cases as an expert witness when appraising, presented many properties tax appeals and have been Negotiating Real Estate transactions from all sides.
As a former RE Appraiser I specialized in all types of Residential, Vacant land & Commercial Properties. I focus on non-lender work for clients that need expert opinions of value for all cash purchases, legal issues, neighbor disputes, easements, divorces, trusts, gifting, non-disclosure - view and other losses - fraud and other legal cases. We also work with clients on tax appeals, county and city zoning issues, disputes, value impact issues and much more.
