I’ve been interested, but apprehensive about flipping houses for some time. Cusheer offered a Flipping with CJ class and it was nonetheless everything I needed. Cusheer offered a wealth of information and contacts for a novice to start with confidence, knowing she will offer support in the journey. I recently attended Cusheer Jones-Murphy's amazing seminar entitled: Flipping Out With CJ. Cusheer is an incredible businesswoman, and I am extremely proud of her and her success. She's very professional, intelligent, knowledgeable, fearless, transparent and driven. The seminar included a group of strong women all wanting to become knowledgeable about the process of Real Estate Investing-the ins and outs, the good and bad, the pros and cons-and of course the rewards. Cusheer did not disappoint in her teachings. She was very informative with the tools and resources needed, honest, optimistic, genuine and most of all encouraging and empowering. She created a warm-welcoming-safe-space which made it extremely easy for the women attending her seminar to freely ask questions, share their visions and engaged and be supportive of one another. I have been trying to buy a house for a long time. I was referred to Ms. Murphy and having her as my agent was the best decision I have EVER made. She’s professional, determined and she works hard in making sure you get the deal. I told her what I wanted, what area I would like to buy in and BOOM! That was all she needed. It didn’t take long to find my actual home. I meet Ms. Murphy on Nov. 23rd, my offer was excepted on Dec. 3rd, come January I am a HOMEOWNER! She was very efficient, very informative and such a caring person. If anyone wants to buy their own home, I would recommend Ms. Murphy to help find them their forever home.
