Cy grew up on a small family rice farm as one of four children in rural Northeast Arkansas. He attended the University of Iowa on a football scholarship from 2002-2006 and moved to Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife, Meighan. By the end of 2007, Cy earned his real estate license and launched a successful career in real estate during the Great Recession. His success is built on treating customers well and serving them effectively. Cy also dedicates himself to the Greater Des Moines community and values his positions on multiple boards throughout the Greater Des Moines metro area. Cy and Meighan live in Urbandale with their four children and two dogs.
