I’m not certain there are words to describe how pleased we were with Cyndi. When I told her that I wanted a shark who was also professional, eloquent, and kind, I got that and more. Not only did Cyndi sell our house for $100K over asking, she also helped us win our first bid on the home of our dreams. The day before we started to pack up 3500+ square feet of “stuff,” I broke my finger. Cyndi showed up on a Saturday and spent hours packing up my entire kitchen. She is calm during the storm and extremely detail-oriented. She also has a fabulous sense of humor that goes a long way in making an otherwise arduous process FUN. She commands a great deal of respect from the other professionals with whom she interfaces. We are forever indebted to Cyndi for her amazing service!
