When we decided to buy a home in Florida we were given Cyndy name as an outstanding Realtor. She helped us with every aspect of purchasing a home in a new state. She educated us on various communities, the unique taxes, HOA,CDD fees of Florida etc. She did virtual showings with us. Worked with us and helped us land the house in a multiple offer deal. She was knowledgeable in every aspect of home buying, always available, always cheerful and helpful. We were very knowledgeable with regard to buying and selling homes and rental property in our home state of Minnesota but we truly need all of Cyndy’s vast knowledge to guide us in our first purchase of our new Florida home. She is really the best of the best!
