Cynthia has sold more than 250 million dollars of real estate volume in some of Chicago’s most prominent neighborhoods. Her average market time of properties listed is 23 days. She prides herself on pricing properties right and creating the marketing urgency to sell sooner, rather than later.

Cynthia has been in the top 1% of Chicago’s Real Estate sales market for the last 15 years. From June 2011 until now, she has been the President of Sales and Top Producer for RE/MAX Premier Properties. From August 2007 through June 2011, Cynthia was the Senior Vice President for Sotheby’s Realty in Chicago. This position allowed her to work exclusively with the marketing department on the vision of exposing properties to get them sold in the shortest amount of time. She was also a shareholder in this company until June 2011. From October 1997 through August 2007, Cynthia worked as a senior sales agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She received the President Elite Award for top sales agent for 8 of her 10 years. She also received the Rookie of the Year award during her first two years at Coldwell Banker.

Prior to Real Estate, Cynthia had a career in Marketing/Sales for 16 years at the Chicago offices of Family Circle Magazine, Stern Walters Ad agency, and Founder and President of MC Productions Computer Graphics Co.
