My house sold in 3 days from the way she worded the listing and the pictures that she took.

Cynthia is an absolutely outstanding realitor! She first listed our rental townhouse in Chesapeake Beach,MD - she gave recommendations for work we planned on then when it came time to list she staged the townhouse and had an offer on the table in 3 days! 3 offers all over asking price! She made the process simple! Cindy took all the stress away from selling! Then where the review gets really good - we then had Cynthia list our primary home in Owings, MD. For this property she did a “Coming Soon” a week prior to showing. She staged our house for opening day. On opening day there were 16 appointments! Within 6-HOURS we had a unicorn deal we simply could not pass up!!! And again - Cindy made the selling process simple and the least stress we could possibly imagine! You simply can not go wring having Cynthia as your realitor!!
