Cynthia Bowman

Cynthia is a former human resource operations director for a national specialty retailer. This, along with a love of everything “real estate” and an avid hobby of buying, remodeling, and selling houses on a personal basis for herself and some friends led her to make a career as a full- time REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. She has been embedded in the East Cobb County Marietta area since 1985. This has provided her with vast expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market as well as years of experience forging relationships with other local real estate professionals.

She is an award-winning top producer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. Her accomplishments include being a member of our President’s Circle, Top 4 % Nation-Wide, Leading-Edge Society, a Lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club. She is a certified Relocation Specialist. Appraisal Process Specialist and Mentor- Contract trainer for new Berkshire Hathaway Georgia Properties agents.

Her personal hobbies include cooking and entertaining. She loves dogs and have several rescue pets. She enjoys volunteering in the community and sit on the board of directors for a local non-profit organization.
