I strongly recommend Cynthia Bynum as a real estate agent. She was responsive, and a great advise, since I just moved in to the Fort Worth area. Hi highly recommend Cynthia, I am a first time home buyer. I went through two different realtors, before I found Cynthia, she is by far the best, nicest, easiest to talk to, and truly there to get you the home you want. She just gets it, your needs and all. Cynthia does her very best to find you what you are looking for. When I first talked to Cynthia I told her what my needs where and what I was looking for. She quickly got to work and started looking for me. Cynthia drove me around looking at a few different properties and I found one I really liked. I asked her to put a bid in for me, seller was doing some push back, not being cooperative so Cynthia came across a much better home for us. I was still very stuck on the one I asked her to put my bid in on. She talked me into going to just take a look at it, and if I still really wanted the other one she would continue negotiating with the home owner. As soon as we pulled up, seen the property and everything it had to offer. I didn't care about the other property anymore, this one was the one I knew I could call home and be proud of. Every step of the way she was readily available with answers to every question. If she didn't have an answer, she would quickly get an answer. Through all of the hoops and hurdles she was right there to help out. Thank you so much Cynthia for doing what you do, and making buying a new home a little less stressful. -- E. Bryant 10/2016
