Cynthia helped us during an overseas move. We were buying sight-unseen because of the distance. She video called us and gave us her first impressions on each home. She was honest and straight forward. Even after she injured herself and had to have surgery, she continued to give us the best care possible. And now we are in a wonderful home thanks to her.

Cynthia is fantastic! She went above and beyond to find us our home. She worked with us virtually as we were living in California during the search, and she did an excellent job showing and describing the homes down to the very tiny details. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the VA process, and will fight to ensure you get the best possible outcome. I swear she's a magician as she took our wants and found us the perfect home and community. 1000% recommend!

Absolutely hands down the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the minute I spoke with her on the phone I knew she was the perfect fit for helping us move. We met Cynthia when she sold my kids house, did a great job. After that she looked for their new home. There is a lot of expertise working with her, knows the traps, got a great feel for what the kids wanted, looked at a lot of houses with them, NEVER was something to much trouble for her. She also knows the people in the business, the loan/money guys, closers, like that and got the kids an amazing house for a very fair price, where they wanted to live!!!
It was time to sell our family house. Cynthia came out, met the family, came with comparable sales so she knew the market. Was especially sensitive that this was our parents home we grew up in. Great advertising system, took care of everything.! Many showings and she got us a really good buyer in the price range she expected. Walked us through all the steps, closing, the whole thing. Always answered all out questions and fought for us all the way. Can not say enough, She took care of my kids and grandson, then my family, could not be happier to recommend Cynthia!

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, competitive, honest and friendly, professional realtor, LOOK NO FURTHER! We used Cindee to sell our previous home, and purchase our current home. She had our previous home under contract within days (less then 1 week!), which sold over asking price with multiple offers! Our current home was under contract within 3 days, and we purchased for a fair price we were happy with! She was prepared every day with any questions or concerns we had and was always there to soothe our minds during the process! Not to mention, she has reputable references for just about anything you need during the home buying process! (Inspectors, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, lawyers, etc). You're making a good choice by letting Cindee take care of your home buying needs!
