About Cynthia

Having been in social work for the past 20 years, Cynthia had the opportunity to help individuals move through a variety of transitioning and stressful times. Working with Cynthia was a great experience. Especially as a first time home buyer, I needed an agent who was patient, able to help me understand the process clearly, and who would help me make the best decision for me. What we appreciated about Cynthia is her empathy, flexibility, patience and professionalism. The last thing we wanted was an agent telling us what we "should" do. This was an emotional move, and we needed to proceed at our pace. Cynthia was always responsive, really listened, and partnered with us to structure the listing so that it was comfortable for us. In the end, she found the perfect buyer, and we chose to sell it off market. Other agents would undoubtedly have argued with us, pushing us to get every dollar out of the deal in a multiple offer market. However, this was what we wanted, and it was incredibly smooth. She partnered us with an amazing moving company, and everyone she recommended to work on the house did a great job. Absolutely no regrets!
