We put our townhouse in Columbia City on the market at the same time we were navigating job changes, a cross-country move, and lots and lots of stress! Cynthia truly made selling our home the easiest part of the process. We initially reached out to her because of her strong knowledge of South Seattle and it made all the difference to work with someone who was familiar with our neighborhood. She is a very good listener - she patiently listened to our questions and concerns and addressed them in a way that made us feel not only validated but also more informed and at ease. She is also very good at communicating - even when there were no big updates to share, she still reached out consistently to let us know where we were in the process. We did not once question where things stood in terms of interest, market movement, open house attendance, etc., which was so reassuring as we navigated the sale from the other side of the country. I could not recommend her more for all of your real estate needs!
