Cyndy is an exceptional realtor! She has a strong grasp of the Lake Carroll market. Excellent at developing a price for your home that maximize the owners return but will also sell your home. You can imagine our shock when our home sold in three days!! Post contract she continued to be hands on during inspections etc. I highly recommend Cyndy to anyone looking to buy or sell at Lake Carroll!!

I highly recommend Cyndy. As a year round resident she knows the area well, and the history of many of the properties. She gave us a grand tour of the entire lake (and nearly every property available), as we were entirely new to Lake Carroll. She was patient with us as we thought through the options, and ultimately found us the perfect weekend getaway!

We purchased a waterfront home on Lake Carroll in the Spring of 2019 with Cyndy's help. She was referred to us by friends who also used Cyndy's services to purchase their Lake Carroll home. We saw the house a few times (which took some coordinating since we live 2 hours away from Lanark) before deciding to put in an offer. Once we did the process was very smooth. This was the first home we had purchased (instead of building) so we asked Cyndy to guide us through each next step and she was wonderful. We highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a property in this area. And, we love our house and the community!!
