I really enjoyed working with Cynthia. I met her a few weeks after I had my son. She made the home buying process so easy and she made the atmosphere calm when I had anxiety. This was my first time starting the process and because of Cynthia I’m super comfortable and confident to send family and friends her way so that they can experience the same kind of treatment I did. First I want to say I have been through a few agents in the past year. Then one day my mortgage company called and asked how was the process. I told them all the bad stuff that had happened with previous agents, yes agents, and they sent me an Angel! Cynthia Grimes is an angel! She saved me! I sold my home this year with Cynthia Grimesas my REALTOR. Cynthia was professional at all times and she kept me informed of each detail and I never had to worry. Mover is never fun to me but Cynthia made the experience easy. Cynthia helped me prepare my home to sell by telling me exactly what I needed to do. Cynthia’s marketing package was stellar, she offered a complete photography session that included drone aerial shots and still photos that were impressive. The house settled on time and we were all very happy!
