Cynthia was so wonderful to work with and made the process of searching very enjoyable. As a first time home buyer, it was really helpful to work with someone who is very professional, knowledgeable around Long Island real estate, well-researched, and was able to tie in a personal touch around her own experiences owning a home. Cynthia treated us like family and was always happy to coordinate any home visits and her communication was unmatched. Throughout this process, I was very nervous and had a lot of questions which she always answered and was responsive to any concerns I had. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!

We were dealing with Cynthia Grimm while looking for a condo in Suffolk County the last few months.
Cynthia listened to everything we asked.of her and was there suggesting places.
We went to many different ones and finally settled on one which we.made a bid on.
We were so excited to hear we got it with her help writing a note with the bid.
Unfortunately we got cold feet. When we told her she was more than understanding.
Cynthia is easy to work with and always gets back to you in a very timely manner.
We highly recommend her, she gives.her all.

Cindy not only makes sure to make things work for your schedule, but when the buying process begins, she is constantly in touch with lawyers/realtors/lenders to keep the process moving (which is more of a help than you might think you need)!

Cindy is an incredible realtor! She sold my father’s home in a month in a half from listing to signing the closing documents. She has the best interest of the seller in what she does. She understands the needs of the sellers and does what she can to ease the process for them. I highly endorse Cindy’s abilities to help in every possible way to ensure a clean and expedited sale. In addition, she has tremendous connections for any auxiliary activities involved in selling a home from maintenance, landscaping, home preparation, moving and cleaning out among other items needed. I hired Ms. Cynthia Grimm as agent to sell my house, and I cannot be happier I did so.

Her commission was very reasonable. After the initial consultation, Cynthia promptly arranged a photography session, listings at real estate Websites, and open house. She recommended a fitting fair market price of the house and suggested how to make the house presentable for showing and open house.

As a result the house went into the contract in 12 days of listing, and the sale was closed six weeks after that. I am very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of her service. Cynthia kept me informed about the status and progress at every stage from beginning to end. She is also a pleasant and easy person to communicate with. I highly recommend her.
