Thanks for stopping by! I am an independent real estate broker based in Sonoma County, CA where I have lived and worked for the past 26 years. What does it mean to be an independent broker? It means I am free to negotiate with my clients to get them the best deal possible. It means that I’m not bound by the corporate policies and guidelines of a national brokerage. One of my passions is to help our aging community plan for the future. That is why I became interested in "Aging in Place". I have learned about barrier free environments, universal design and home customization that involves everything from widening doors and hallways to installing lifts and elevators.

Another aspect of helping seniors is talking to them about the importance of a will or a trust. It is super important to make sure that your most valuable possession, your home, is considered in a Living Will or Trust. To better help with this process, I became certified in Probate Real Estate Sales.

What will the real estate landscape will look like when millions of baby boomers will be too fragile to navigate a flight of stairs? Do we stay put and modify the house? Do we sell and buy a single level home while we are still healthy? Do we get a reverse mortgage to keep us where we are? As an advocate of senior citizens, these are the questions I strive to be able to help answer.
