We began our search for property from out-of-state through the internet. Cindy made personal contact with us letting us know she was available when we were ready. For an extended period of time she provided listings that met our criteria and was available to show the homes around our schedule once we arrived in Florida. We decided on a bank owned property which had been vacant for a couple years. Cindy was very knowledgeable and recommended contractors for inspections. Our purchase contract contained a lot of seller concessions which I understood was unusual in the current market. Cindy was extremely professional throughout the entire process and kept us fully informed every step of the way. We made a true friend in Cindy through her professionalism. I talked to several realtors while searching for a home, but when I met Cindy I knew I had found the right one. She is extremely patient and her priority is to make sure you find the right home, not that she makes a sale. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and was able to provide some excellent choices and honest advice for me. Once I had chosen a home, she walked me through every step of the purchase and I felt at ease knowing she was double checking everything. She went above and beyond what I would have expected. I purchased my home in the spring of 2012 and in December I received an envelope from her with copies of everything I would need to have available for my taxes, Cindy has it together.
