About Cynthia

Welcome to the world of Real Estate. I would love to work with you. I have over 26 years’ experience in Listing and Selling homes and land. I have true dedication and expertise in servicing the goals of Buyers and Sellers.

I began my Real Estate Career in Maryland and studied for my Realtor’s License at the Prince George’s Community College in April 1990. At the same time, I was a public school Music Educator, musician for two churches and was a Beauty and Skin Care Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics.

I began my Realtor profession with Coldwell Banker and within a few years as a virtual agent, earned the designation of a “Multi-Million Dollar” Producer with Coldwell Banker. Later in my career, I united with the Long & Foster Real Estate Company. When I moved back to South Carolina in 1997, I continued in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker. Eventually, I collaborated with my father, Bill Murray and signed on to work with The Lachicotte Company. Currently, I am a retired teacher of 31 years with more time to devote to the Real Estate profession. I am looking forward with great anticipation in sharing my love of Real Estate with all of my new and existing customers and clients.
