This was my first time selling a home and The Regal Group and more importantly Ms Cynthia Murrell was referred to me. I have to say that this group especially Ms Murrell did a fantastic job. She is quite the professional. Not only was my property sold in a month, but Ms Murrell got me much more than the asking price. I live out of state and have a job that constantly takes me out of the country. So I put everything into Ms Murrell's hands and let me say she did not disappoint. She was very knowledgeable and at every corner she explained every move she was making and why. I was quite fearful of this process since I live out of state. Yet she eased my fears by guiding me through and helping me with every process this entailed from beginning to end. She constantly kept me in the loop. I give Ms Cynthia Murrell and The Regal Group... 5 stars plus. If I could give more stars I DEFINITELY would.. The Regal Group have a gem of an employee in Ms Murrell. I will highly recommend Ms Murrell and The Regal Group when you need to sell or buy properties. You will be in capable and great hands. Kudos to you The Regal Group and ESPECIALLY Ms. Cynthia Murrell. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
