Cynthia was born and raised on the North Shore with family in Lake Forest, Libertyville, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Northbrook and the city…she knows the neighborhoods she sells.
As a mother of two, she is in the loop on schools, nannies, babysitters, music lessons, theatre, ballet, hip hop, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, basketball, summer camps, clubs, Kumon, Eye Level, Brain Balance, etc. – you name it, she is familiar with it, and knows how it fits into your family’s housing needs.
She can introduce you to great lenders, inspectors, attorneys, vendors, contractors, builders, architects, etc.
Cynthia privately reaches out to personal buyers and sellers to create a potential property match before going public with a listing. As an @properties Broker, she has access to enhanced online marketing, feeder markets, and an internal app that can further match you with buyers or with properties that never appear on the MLS or other listing services, giving you an inside edge.
Prior to real estate, Cynthia was in Management with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City, and Fixed Income Sales in Chicago where she held her Series 7 & 63 licenses.
She is a third generation Green Laker. Her family has owned a cottage on the lake in Green Lake, WI since 1936. She can proudly provide extensive knowledge about this community and serve as a Coordinator for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent on the Lake.
