Cynthia has been in the Real Estate industry for 33+ years and have extensive experience in many facets of the Real Estate business to include residential sales and purchase, vacant land sales and development, commercial and retail, business sales and even retail and residential property management. She sold her Exit Realty Brokerage when she moved to Pinellas County for Florida’s saltwater lifestyle. Cindy was responsible for advising and training 60+ agents in cutting edge Real Estate trends. Other accomplishments are restoring 1904 beach house into South Tampa’s only B&B which was sold in 2006. She is a proud veteran who served 6 years in the USAF. She and her husband have raised 4 children and love everything the Bay area has to offer. They make a good solid team. She excels in contract terms and property values and John is construction savvy. She is a strong negotiator with hundreds of closed transactions.
