I was lucky enough to have D'Alfred in my corner for my second house purchase, and although I've done this before I still felt like this was my first time buying a house. The only difference was I didn't feel like I was in the fight alone. D'Alfred made this process extremely easy with the least amount of stress possible. He created a home buying experience that allowed me to take care of my wife and two little girls, go to school, and a full time job, all the while getting the logistics together to make sure I get the home on time. In a market where houses were on the market for last than
a day, D'Alfred found me a beautiful home, in an amazing neighborhood, and easier on my commute to and from work. He is very easy to talk to and no question is a dumb question, but I still felt like I did ask a lot of dumb questions. The most important thing that stuck with me though is his authenticity and integrity. D'Alfred would never allow you to invest in a home that he wouldn't, and I believe this shows respect to his ethics and morals, and business aside, if you can find someone with this level of integrity, then he or she is worth the vested time. Two months in and I am still happy with my house and my family sure is too!

Mr. D’Alfred Shaw is an incredible agent! He is very responsive, very flexible, and has great knowledge of the home-buying process.

He works amazingly with my unpredictable work schedule, viewing homes at whatever time was convenient for me, day or night. He answers all of my questions thoroughly!

He is such an enthusiastic agent. Every home we viewed, he arrived at promptly and always had a smile on his face, ready to see if the house was the one for us. He looked closely at the houses, as if he were buying it himself! I truly believe that he wants the perfect home for every single client he works with.

Highly recommend D'Alfred for anyone looking for a property in the Hampton Roads area. I'm an active Military member constantly going out to sea but In a market this hot he still managed to help me find a diamond in a ruff currently we have under contract. I've referred several of my coworkers to him and still no complaints. Whether it be a forever home, investment property or starter home he'll most definitely get you taken care of.

He answered every question I had and if he didn't know, he was sure to find out. My husband and I thank God a million for leading us to D. Alfred! Buying our first home could not have gone any better! He ensured that we were 100% satisfied every step of the way. He provided us with professional and most importantly honest knowledge for every question we had. If he didn’t know the answer, he put forward his best effort to put us in contact with someone who could help us. He ensured we were not deceived in any way shape or form during the process.
