D Jr leads Logan Home's corporate sales and marketing teams, with a strong focus on relationships, team synergy, and strategic planning. D has a solid construction background, beginning at a very young age walking jobsites with his Father, D Sr. By age 12, he spent summers cleaning up job sites, and as he grew older he worked with various construction crews. Directly out of high school, D spent 7 years in construction management. This experience was paramount as he transitioned to sales in 2014 at one of Wilmington, NC’s most successful communities, Helms Port. In 2017, D moved into the Sales and Marketing director position and in 2021 D moved into the Vice President role. D’s free time is spent at the beach with his family, golfing, or just enjoying the outdoors.
