Too often I see reviews discuss how hard somebody works or how knowledgeable they are about a certain subject. I can attest that Daina is an absolute work horse and a seemingly infinite encyclopedia of knowledge, and yet I feel like I would be doing her a great disservice if I focused on either of these qualities. Daina is, above all else, a trustworthy confidant and an absolute pleasure to work with. Daina orchestrated two closings on the same day for us, a buy and a sell. Our buyers had their lender refuse to close on our agreed date, and their title company was booked for the next week! Our buyer's realtor had already told us that there was nothing we could do and the close would have to be moved. Daina called their lender, worked with another title company, and got everything back on track for our close to meet the agreed deadline. Daina absolutely shattered our previous expectations of realtors, and we strongly recommend her to everybody we know!

Daina was so incredibly efficient, informative and available in helping us find the right house. We felt so comfortable throughout the whole buying process and didn't feel like anything was too much of a surprise. She walked us through every step, and made us feel empowered in making sure we found the right home for us. I highly recommend Daina for anyone looking to buy a house or in need of counsel in anything real estate. We will use her 100% for our next house purchase!
