Dakota Williams

Dakota Williams started selling real estate because her twin sons were about to graduate from high school and go away to college and she needed a second income as well as something to fill her time. Dakota didn't want to experience the "empty nest syndrome." A dear friend who was a Realtor prior to starting her family suggested it because she thought Dakota would like it and be good at it. Well low and behold she got her license started selling and found she really didn't like it, she loved it!

Dakota decided to be the Realtor who is accessible 7 days a week. She decided to be the Realtor who treated every buyer as though they were buying a million-dollar property and every seller as though they were selling a million-dollar home.

Her mom has a saying, "Let me tell you upfront so you don't stick out behind" and that's how Dakota conducts her real estate business....she will let you know how she is from the start, (upfront and honest) so in the end, you are not stuck out on a limb at the end of a transaction (by yourself).

This doesn't mean she will help with mortgage payments or closing costs, it means Dakota will work diligently to make sure both buyers and sellers have access to all the resources at her disposal and she will always be totally honest and forthright!
