Daksha is one very helpful, professional and passionate Real estate broker. She always goes extra mile to help clients. Being new to real estate world I had no idea on what needs to be done and Daksha helped me on every step from searching the right home and arranging visits of potential homes to all the way to closing. She answered all my questions ( believe me I ask tons of questions) patiently giving me suggestions and directions. She explained all the real estate jargons clearly.
She made the home buying process so easy for me that I did not felt much pain even being a new home buyer. She kept us informed on each stages and provided details of future steps.

I was the first time homebuyers not so much knowledge about the process or anything. She walked me through each process with responsibly. She can understand what actually buyer wants and actively suggest accordingly. She makes me aware in advance as first time homebuyer what it needs to done. Daksha was recommended by a friend and responded immediately to our request to see a home and worked to find a time convenient for us. She took us on several viewings and helped get our home ready to put on the market. She was always only a text away even late into the evening (sorry Daksha 😏) She never gave up on helping us find our new home and was integral in getting our other home sold even when one buyer fell through. We appreciated her patience, kindness and humor throughout the process. She also provided great recommendations for contractors with reasonable rates and timing.
