We contacted Guarantee Real Estate to help us sell my in-laws property after they passed away. Dale Beshansky came out and was able to find a buyer in a very short period of time. His knowlege and experience with real estate in our area was invaluable. The whole process went without a hitch and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Dale was very patient with us through our journey of house hunting. We were pretty picky of what house we wanted and yet, his patience for us found us the home. Liked that he kept checking in on us when we prior to seriously start looking at homes. Had many resources to help aid us though buying our first home. He is great! After buying a home, we did want to fix up our home and was able to give contact information of contractors he have worked with.

We are glad to choose Guarantee Real Estate - willow & Nees especially when we were going through a tough time during closing that they stepped in to smooth it out for us!
