Dale Dienst

They like to start with a little history about the name Dienst, it is Dutch from the Netherlands and it means "Service". Dale and his wife have been Realtors since 2005 and he is also a licensed residential contractor. The reason for the history of his name is to help explain what him and his wife are all about, service. As most people are well aware of, we all live in a world of automation and like many other Realtors, Dale and his wife use many of these practices with one exception, they pick up the phone! They speak to people. They understand the need for direct communication. Otherwise known as Customer Service. Years ago Dale heard a simple phrase that said: All dogs hunt. however, not all dogs are hunting dogs. This statement stands true for Realtors so when you are deciding on who you are going to rely on when buying or selling a home, look for the Hunting Dog! Someone that understands the inner workings of a house, the construction practices for decades of homes, and the understanding of real estate contracts and negotiations.
