About Dale

My Name is Dale Dresel, Born in Northern Wisconsin, Attended the University of Wisconsin in 1974 and then went to work in corporate America for 34 years. I landed in Phoenix, AZ in 1994 with Best Buy. I finished my Degree in Finance at Arizona State University while working full time at Vanguard Financial Services. In my last year of school my professor in Real Estate Investments suggested that I get my Real Estate License to use primarily for investing, which I did and soon I discovered that I really enjoyed helping my crew members find their dream homes. I really do have a passion for helping people buy Real Estate. I enjoy helping them find a great deals and I like working through the process of purchasing and selling Real Estate. My clients seem to also enjoy my skills as they continually come back to use me again and again and refer their family and friends. It is my goal to make every transaction easy, fast and without stress to either the buyer or seller. After 24 years and I still love what I do. When asked to do a Listing, I spend extra money and time to make it the best possible listing that will draw the best possible price and have the most traffic available. Except for having visited Maricopa, Arizona once to see what the area looked like, I bought my house there sight unseen. Purchasing my house sight unseen could have been a disaster but because I lucked into a super agent I am delighted with the house and the process. At the beginning of my search I found a house online I wanted more information on and called the Arizona real estate company who forwarded my number to an agent who lived in the neighborhood where the house was located. Dale Dresel called me promptly. I told him exactly what I hoped to find, how much I wanted to spend, and would he please send me information on all houses that met my wish list. He listened. Dale would tour houses for me with his camera then email the many photos to me. He answered all my questions, sometimes having to return to the houses to check them out. When I found the house I wanted the rest was easy. I had the house inspected, Dale guided me through the paperwork, then, after closing, arranged to have the house and carpet cleaned. 06/01/2014 - user4229757 Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Crimson Creek, Mesa, AZ. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Dale sold my house. The excellent pictures that he took of the home helped prepare potential buyers. The person that ended up making an offer - I am convinced had already made up her mind before she came and looked at the home in person. Dale was able to negotiate the price that we needed to get out of the home. Then Dale was able to help me through the minefield of problems that came up towards the end of the deal. Not sure there is anything else I could ask for in a realtor to do to sell my house.
