Dale E. Stipe

A lifelong resident of central Pennsylvania, Dale Stipe is well-acquainted with the real estate marketplace and has been involved in many area organizations during his career and life here.

Dale likes to work hard and play hard and weaves in such activities as performing in his band, "American Roulette", playing and watching ice hockey, volunteering for WXPN radio, and making frequent trips to New York City, Cape May, NJ, and visiting Baltimore's Camden Yards to see his favorite baseball team, the Baltimore Orioles.

Dale's team, "The Stipe Realty Team", is a family affair, and includes his son, Michael James Stipe, and wife, Denise Stipe, as fellow realtors and teammates. Dale's daughter, Angie Stipe, is also a veteran loan officer. Together, they are thrilled to work with the Coldwell Banker Realty organization.
