Her experiences in the corporate world helped to cultivate her love of attention to detail; critical in the real estate world of contracts and negotiating. Working for law firms as a Legal Secretary in Canada, Dale's tasks of searching titles, closing escrows and confirming clear ownership through the Sheriff's office (interesting processes versus the real estate process used in the United States) give her an understanding of what happens behind the scenes during her clients' escrows, whether listing or buying.

Since 2001, Dale has specialized in luxury estates for sale but is equally as comfortable and happy to help first-time buyers find their perfect home. Having relocated from Canada and then Upstate New York, the weather and lifestyle of Poway and San Diego were an exciting change for Dale and her family. It was the perfect experience for Dale to empathize with her future clients' concerns for schools, sports and recreation in their communities. Currently living in Del Mar after raising four sons in Poway for over 20 years, Dale has helped her clients close escrows throughout San Diego.
